We offer a 14-day return policy for all orders, ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your Arte Antwerp essentials. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the original invoice is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the provided prepaid return shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at the nearest carrier drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
